I've finally come to terms with the meaningless of life - LIFE IS MEANINGLESS! - and I'm happy. Because now I can enjoy life 🙂
Why do I say this?
Well, acknowledging life is meaningless gives me free reign to fill my life with meaningless pursuits (goals, wants, desires), and no longer worry about the meaningless of it all, or feel bad about anything in anyway (if I suck at being a son/husband/friend for instance, who gives a fuck because it's meaningless anyway!)
My Meaningless Goals/Values/Wants
- I want to be the greatest ****** Professional Services Consultant ever!
- I want to be the most highly qualified ****** Professional Services Consultant ever!
- I want to be super fit for my age
- I want to be a great doll lover
- I want to be a great sportscar enthusiast (enjoy my sportscar)
- I want to be a reasonable husband
- I want to be an okay son
- I want to be largely free from distraction
Remember, you "Dream Life" includes: freedom from porn and freedom from social media!
All days:
- Basic fitness: Mini fitness in the AM & PM:
- Currently:
- 2 x calf and 1 x shin stretches
- 20 press ups
- 40 weights
- Back exercise
- 15 press ups
- 30 weights
- 2 x calf and 1 x shin stretches,
- Personal email: No more than twice a day (AM & PM)
- Not until > 1830: Discord, Facebook, Forums, Instagram, YouTube (except educational)
Work/Productive Days:
- Whilst working: 100 minute rule between drink/snack
- Lunch is for wimps!
~ 0500 Wake up, do fitness (or not), breakfast, ablutions
< 0730 Start work
~ Midday walk is a nice idea (get some daylight) ~
> 1830 Supper & personal time (can do fitness in the PM too)
~ 2230 Lights off
Non-Work Days:
Do whatever you want!
