[The Routine] Evolution 080924

Goals: See: My Goal (Next Destination)

  • START: ~ 05:45: Wake up, stretches, maybe running, breakfast and ablutions!
  • Work & necessary things from < 08:00 until  18:00
  • No distractions * from < 08:00 until > 18:00
  • [150 min rule 1] No distraction from food & drink for 2.5 hours after last pouring!
  • [150 min rule 2] Email check only once ever 2.5 hours!
  • [After 5pm] Maybe running.
  • [After 6pm] Main meal eat after 6pm (no lunch - lunch is for wimps.)
  • [After 6pm] Time for reading / puzzles / contemplation / other stuff / more work!
  • [~ 21:30] Stretches and need to be in-bed with lights off by ~ 22:15. FINISH!

* Distractions = Discord, Forums, Shopping Sites, YouTube (except educational).

Notes:

  • Stretches =
    • 21 press-ups
    • 6 x 30 second timed stretches (calf/tibia/calf)
    • 41 situps
    • back stretch
    • 61 dumbell lifts
    • 30 neck stretch
  • I'd like to run 3/4 times a week. Just depends on my achilles.


Other stuff:
  • Drink every drop (no half drinking glasses of water, cups of tea or coffee, etc.)
