- START: ~ 05:45: Wake up, stretches, maybe running, breakfast and ablutions!
- Work & necessary things from < 08:00 until 18:00
- No distractions * from < 08:00 until > 18:00
- [150 min rule 1] No distraction from food & drink for 2.5 hours after last pouring!
- [150 min rule 2] Email check only once ever 2.5 hours!
- [After 5pm] Maybe running.
- [After 6pm] Main meal eat after 6pm (no lunch - lunch is for wimps.)
- [After 6pm] Time for reading / puzzles / contemplation / other stuff / more work!
- [~ 21:30] Stretches and need to be in-bed with lights off by ~ 22:15. FINISH!
* Distractions = Discord, Forums, Shopping Sites, YouTube (except educational).
