I recently spent two days in the Lake District. The idea was for a bit of a social media/internet/technology/work detox. It's the only away holiday I've had this year (2020). Four days total (travelling on days 1 and 4), three nights accommodation, and two nights walking.
Walking is good for the soul. Sometimes it's tempting to just walk and not stop, leave all your worries behind you (a bit like driving, I find once I start driving I don't want to stop - walking is cheaper than driving.)
A few vacation snaps (7). The first two pictures are from Lake Buttermere. The other five pictures were taken whilst walking The Ullswater Way.
