Working from home can be challenging.
A minimum lock-in time of 2 hours makes sense.
Maximum lock-in time of 4 hours.
Of course you can pop out to the toilet.
If you've struggled with concentration/focus in the past, one way to make your 2 hours go as quickly as possible is to keep busy!
There are advantages like - no commute, more comfortable.
The challenge though is:
How do you stop yourself going for a tea/coffee every hour or so?
How do you not get extracted by home comforts?
The answer is the lock-in method. Sit in your office room and effectively lock the door for a couple of hours (even if it doesn't have a lock, just close the door and the door frame becomes an un-cross-able barrier for a couple of hours or so.)
