Example 1: A cold winter’s morning and you don’t want
to get out of bed (because your bed is so warm and lovely). If you say ‘it’s
just cold’ that removes the objection (at least some of it), and you can
get on with your day.
Example 2: You’re faced with having to study
something/pay attention to a training course. It’s not what you’ve always dreamed
of doing - maybe you dreamt of a life of luxury - but it is important, and it
is useful for you to do. If you say ‘it’s just a course (why do I fear it)’
that removes the objection.
Example 3: You’re a lazy c^nt and you object to having
to do work. If you say ‘it’s just work’ that removes the objection.
It's just... makes everything better.

your philosophical armor)
