One important skill in life is to identify the things you do regularly that are unproductive and wasteful of your time. I believe that to be successful in life, to achieve your goals, you've got to be productive with what little time you have (life is so short).
As an example, here's something I've identified as being unproductive in my life:
Watching YouTube videos: In fairness, there's a lot of educational stuff on YouTube, but if you find yourself spending hours a day watching car related content, and scouring the bottom of the barrel for car related content, then you know you're taking it too far. My new rule is leave the non-educational YouTube videos for Sunday and only Sunday.
