I have a big problem! I keep buying stuff I don't need.
I see something, something which is easily affordably to me (not like I'm looking at a multi-mullion pound Ferrari which is well out of my reach) and then I cannot get it out of my head. I'm tormented by this product until I buy it, then I can relax for a bit. Until I happen to look on an internet shop again, see something else, and the cycle repeats....
I feel like an utter fool. But why am I tormented so!?
- Q: How do I resolve this situation?
- A: The answer is simple.
- Stop looking at internet shops where you're likely to see something that will get you hooked!
And I need to return to The Routine.
