3 very simple rules:
1) Your phone is not for internet usage!
Use your phone as just a phone, and don't use it for other stuff, and you'll save so much time!
2) Have a hearty breakfast and a hearty supper and just drink water in-between!
You'll save money not snacking. You'll lose weight. You'll gain health. And you'll save time (not having to wash up all those pots and pans for instance.)
3) 0730 - 1830 is for productivity (work), 1830 to 0730 is for relaxation/sleep/exercise!
11 hours a day for productivity. No lunch break (lunch is for wimps). But of course, if you work staring at a computer, a few minutes away every hour or so to protect your eyes, and exercise your limbs, is a good thing!
