12:00 Work Email Check (< 30 mins)
12.30 - 13.30 Afternoon personal time (~ 1 hour)
** Lunch **
12:30 Personal Email Check (< 30 mins)
13.30 - 18.30 Afternoon work time (>= 5 hours)
** FOOD&DRINK: ONLY DRINK WATER! **
13:30 Work Email Check (< 30 mins)
18:00 Work Email Check (< 30 mins)
18.30 - 21.30 Evening personal time (~3 hours)
** Supper + (Maybe) pre-sleep Snack **
18:30 Personal Email Check (< 30 mins)
21.30 - 04.30 Sleep (~7 hours)
