day at anytime after/in-between meals, you can cycle through:

unwell and cannot do fitness (either for physical or mental fitness
reasons), get up 30 to 90 minutes later than normal, skip the protein

for Saturday/Bank Holiday/Sunday. Before 1200, treat yourself to a
'Computer/Internet Detox Morning'. For example: Do stuff
around the house, go for a drive, clean your car, go shopping,
reading...
