[The Routine] Goals; High-Quality Attention; Don't Think, Do!

 Free from distractions! My main sins: food, drink, internet forums, sex/masturbation/porn, and YouTube!

Goals: Professional certifications. IT labs. IT blogs. Be the best I can be (at my job)!
Give high quality attention and do!

Notes:

  • Stretches = 6 x 30 second timed stretches (calf/tibia/calf), back stretch & 50 dumbell lifts.
  • I'd like to run 3/4 times a week. Just depends on my achilles.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are NO FAP days!
START: ~ 05:45: Wake up, stretches, maybe running, breakfast and ablutions!
Climax < 09:00 or > 19:00 (likely usually < 09:00) and only Wednesday
Work & necessary things from < 09:00 until > 18:00
[105 mins rule] No distraction from drink for > 100 minutes after last drink pouring!
[105 mins after 1 rule] No distraction from food until > 1300! (only water until 1300)
[2 x 105 email rule] Try to put 2 x 105+ sessions between email checks.
[After 5pm rule] Maybe running.
[After 6pm meal] Main meal eat after 6pm (no lunch.)
[After 7pm rule] Sins are allowed > 1900!    
Stretches and need to be in-bed with lights off by ~ 22:15. FINISH!


Other stuff:
  • Drink every drop (no half drinking glasses of water, cups of tea or coffee, etc.)
