Goals: See: My Goal (Next Destination)
- START: ~ 05:45: Wake up, stretches, maybe running, breakfast and ablutions!
- Work & necessary things from < 09:00 until > 18:00
- [150 min rule 1] No distraction from food & drink for 2.5 hours after last pouring!
- [150 min rule 2] Email check only once ever 2.5 hours!
- [After 5pm] Maybe running.
- [After 6pm] Main meal eat after 6pm (no lunch - lunch is for wimps.)
- [After 6pm] Time for reading / puzzles / contemplation / more work!
- [~ 21:30] Stretches and need to be in-bed with lights off by ~ 22:15. FINISH!
* Or not at all (Very Good)!
Notes:
- Stretches =
- 15 press-ups
- 6 x 30 second timed stretches (calf/tibia/calf)
- 25 situps
- back stretch
- 50 dumbell lifts
- I'd like to run 3/4 times a week. Just depends on my achilles.
- No YouTube (except educational) during the day (0700 - 1900)!
