A New Routine 2: "Through Discipline Comes Freedom!"

We now dopamine detox until 1830 (personal internet/email usage are my biggest sins).

Based on the previous post, here is our new routine. 

04.30 - 07.30 Morning personal/exercise time (~3 hours)
   ** Exercise/Breakfast/Weights/Shower **
   NO personal email/internet*!
07.30 - 12.30 Morning work time (>= 5 hours)
   ** Food & drink - only drink water! **
   07:30 Work Email Check (< 30 mins)
   12:00 Work Email Check (< 30 mins)

12.30 - 13.30 Afternoon personal time (< 1 hour)
   ** Lunch **
   NO personal email/internet*!
13.30 - 18.30 Afternoon work time (>= 5 hours)
   ** Food & drink - only drink water! **
   13:30 Work Email Check (< 30 mins)
   18:00 Work Email Check (< 30 mins)

18.30 - 21.30 Evening personal time (~3 hours)
   ** Supper/Weights **
21.30 - 04.30 Sleep (~7 hours)

*If  there is a pressing reason why you have to check personal email/internet, that is fine. We need to dopamine detox until 1830.
