The Routine

Resolutions:

The Routine (for week work days):

  • 06:00 : START
  • Wake up, back stretch, breakfast and ablutions!
  • < 08:00 until > 18:00 : Work & necessary things
  • < 08:00 until > 18:00 : Silence and no distractions *
  • [120 min rule 1] No food & drink for > 2 hours after last pouring!
  • [120 min rule 2] Email check only once every > 2 hours!
  • [After 5pm] ~ Maybe running ~
  • [After 6pm] Main meal eat after 6pm (no lunch - lunch is for wimps!)
  • [After 6pm] Time for reading / puzzles / contemplation / other stuff * / more work!
  • [~ 21:30] Exercises and need to be in-bed with lights off by
  • 22:00 : THE END!

* Distractions includes: Discord, Forums, Music, Shopping Sites, YouTube (except educational).

Exercises =
  • 21 press-ups
  • 6 x 30 second timed stretches (calf/tibia/calf)
  • 41 situps
  • back stretch
  • 61 dumbell lifts
  • 30 neck stretch
Note: Running 2+ times a week (say Wed, Sat <or> Tue,Thu,Sat)
