Resolutions:
- Work hard and work brilliantly ... safe in the knowledge that I'll tender my resignation in August 2026*
- Stop wasting time questioning the meaningless of life and instead waste time enjoying it!

- Stick to "The Routine."
The Routine (for week work days):
- 06:00 : START
- Wake up, back stretch, breakfast and ablutions!
- < 08:00 until > 18:00 : Work & necessary things
- < 08:00 until > 18:00 : Silence and no distractions *
- [120 min rule 1] No food & drink for > 2 hours after last pouring!
- [120 min rule 2] Email check only once every > 2 hours!
- [After 5pm] ~ Maybe running ~
- [After 6pm] Main meal eat after 6pm (no lunch - lunch is for wimps!)
- [After 6pm] Time for reading / puzzles / contemplation / other stuff * / more work!
- [~ 21:30] Exercises and need to be in-bed with lights off by
- 22:00 : THE END!
* Distractions includes: Discord, Forums, Music, Shopping Sites, YouTube (except educational).
Exercises =
- 21 press-ups
- 6 x 30 second timed stretches (calf/tibia/calf)
- 41 situps
- back stretch
- 61 dumbell lifts
- 30 neck stretch
Note: Running 2+ times a week (say Wed, Sat <or> Tue,Thu,Sat)
