I have to agree with Einstein.The work/life balance is a myth, there is only work and sloth*
*Sloth. 1 of the deadly sins. Spiritual or physical laziness, apathy, and a neglect of one's duties, especially spiritual ones.
If you're not working at something in the present, then you are doing nothing of substance.
