- Around 7pm, reflect on today & make plans for tomorrow
- Social media after 7pm
- Fitness most evenings (press-ups, sit-ups, arm-curls).
Workdays
Aim to wake up at 05:55.
Aim to start work before 08:00
Aim to work until after 18:00.
