No real plan.

Wake up when you like.

Keep in mind:

  • Running 3+ times per week!
  • The 2 hour rule!
  • Maintain the to do list
  • Around 7pm, reflect on today & make plans for tomorrow
  • Social media after 7pm
  • Fitness most evenings (press-ups, sit-ups, arm-curls).

Workdays

Aim to wake up at 05:55.

Aim to start work before 08:00

Aim to work until after 18:00.
