Work & necessary things from < 08:00 until 18:00 No distractions * from < 08:00 until > 18:00 [150 min rule 1] No distraction from food & drink for 2.5 hours after last pouring! [150 min rule 2] Email check only once ever 2.5 hours! [After 5pm] Maybe running. [After 6pm] Main meal eat after 6pm (no lunch - lunch is for wimps.) [After 6pm] Time for reading / puzzles / contemplation / other stuff / more work! [~ 21:30] Stretches and need to be in-bed with lights off by ~ 22:15.
