2021 Workday Dopamine Detox Routine

I’ve come to the conclusion that regularly waking up very early to do insanity workouts, and go to sleep early to enable this, is not sustainable in the long run. Also, it does not fit with my wanting to be more than a 9 to 5-er (thet’s aim for 7 to 7). I will set no rules for weekends/holidays, other than they should start with some fitness (run/insanity workout) - weekends/holidays are your own.

  • 0530 Wake -> Breakfast -> 55 Bicep Curls -> Ablutions
  • 0700 Start Work
  • Allowing ~15 minutes for 2 * tea breaks (say 1000 & 1600)
  • Allowing ~30 minutes for 1 * lunch break (say 1245 to 1315)
  • 1900 Finish Work -> Supper / Your Time
  • 2130 Bed Time -> 55 Bicep Curls -> Ablutions -> Sleep (by 2200)

Note: 0700 -> 1900 we are effectively locked into the office (except for breaks)
