My Personal Routine (Inspired by: Dopamine Detox & Enjoy Life!)

High-dopamine/addictive behaviours that are bad for me (not beneficial):
- Self-indulgent web surfing (YouTube, Facebook, BBC News, Pistonheads, Autotrader...)
- Too much comfort food (i.e. a slice of bread with spread and a cup of tea every hour is too much!)*
- Computer games (specifically Civilization)

*I greatly enjoy food. I don't enjoy being fat though hence my desire to moderate my comfort food intake.

Contents

1) Monday/First Working day of the Week/High Stress day/Work Away day
2) Tuesday to Friday (Workdays)
3) Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holiday (Not a Workday)
4) Vacation

Note i: 1&2 apply best to WFH days. If you have to work away from home, it messes up the routine a little, so you have to be flexible.
Note ii: My weekday meals are simple:
- M/W/F: Fish Fingers
- Tu/Th: Big bowl of beans / Chunky Soup
Note iii: 'Computer/Internet Detox Morning' ideas: Do stuff around the house, in the garden, go for a drive, clean your car, go shopping, reading...
Note iv: Cereal+ is Cereal with optional Banana and/or Yoghurt Drink.

Remember:

Only difference is the morning where we wake up 1 hear later and have a break from exercise. A more relaxed morning. Same as (2) from 0730.
