My Dopamine Detox Inspired Routine

High-dopamine/addictive behaviours that are bad for me (not beneficial):
- Self-indulgent web surfing (YouTube, Facebook, BBC News, Pistonheads, Autotrader...)
- Too much comfort food (i.e. a slice of bread with spread and a cup of tea every hour is too much!)
- Computer games (specifically Civilization)

Contents

1) Monday to Friday (Workdays)
2) Saturday/Bank Holiday
3) Sunday
4) Vacation

Note i: My weekday meals are simple:
- M/W/F: Fish Fingers
- Tu/Th: Big bowl of beans / Chunky Soup
Note ii: Lunch is for wimps (on a workday)
Note iii: During any day at anytime after/in-between meals, you can cycle through:
> (1) Bread & Jam + Tea
>> (2) Bread & Spread + Tea
>>> (3) Cereal and/or Banana + (Optional) Yoghurt Drink
>>>> Rinse and repeat...
(Remember "Life is meant to be enjoyed in moderation" so try to put > 2 hours between eating!)
Note iv: If you're unwell and cannot do fitness (either for physical or mental fitness reasons), get up 30 to 90 minutes later than normal, skip the protein drink and (optional) shower.
Note v: Just an idea for Saturday/Bank Holiday/Sunday. Before 1200, treat yourself to a 'Computer/Internet Detox Morning'. For example: Do stuff around the house, go for a drive, clean your car, go shopping, reading...
Note vi: Sunday is a day of rest (no fitness.)
