The Law of Simple

Simple is best!

Live a simple life
- with clear goals (and minimum amount of)
- with minimum possessions
- only dissatisfied with things deserving dissatisfaction
- without distraction (from what’s the right thing to do)
- with simple and uncluttered thoughts (but clever thought)
- make changes only where necessary
- keeps things for a long time (spend minimally, earn maximally; a penny saved is a penny earned!)

Keep busy doing productive things (combat distractions), and don’t fret about time, everything will take as long as it takes (but should take no longer than it needs). Only spend so long on things as they require, and then move on to the next thing.

Make plans and stick to them!

Say yes! (Simpler than trying to make up your mind - within reason of course)

Limit to ONE planned major “life changing” event a year (i.e. moving house, changing job, ...)

What does the law of simple say about being scared/fearful/depressed?
Well, you just have to accept it, but don’t let it stop you doing what you need (or want) to do - “once more unto the breach!”

Simple questions to ask yourself:

Q1) What is your priority?

Q2) Is what you’re doing at this point in time beneficial? (i.e. health benefit, career benefit, relationship benefit, spiritual benefit, ...)
