The Power of 3

I realized that in my previous post ‘What does Success Mean to You?’ I posed too many questions. Any life changing set of questions is only every going to amount to 3. And with those 3 core questions as a foundation, you can build your success plan (I will do a future post with a title something like "3 Core Questions to Build Your Success Plan.")

Q: Why?
A: “The Power of 3” of course.

Don’t take my word for it, just Google “The Power of 3” and - ignoring the mathematical results - you’ll get a lot of links like the below (this was just on the 1st page of results):

From the first link, there’s this very good quote - I’ve highlighted the bits most impactful to me:

The “power of three” is a concept popular with marketers and is actually linked to the evolution of the human brain. Our brains make constant judgements every day. Our choices protect us from harm – to live, we need to:
(1) breathe air, (2) eat food, and (3) drink water.
Instinctively, to survive, we must find:
 (1) a safe shelter, (2) clean water, and (3) hygienic food.
These are the very choices which keep us alive as a species, and when we strip back all that we need in life, too many decisions could result in danger.

In keeping with “The Power of 3”, really, I should have left it at 3 pictures...
